Salary: Negotiable from 13 million to 20 million VND – Net (Minimum guaranteed)

  1. JOB DESCRIPTION

– Work at the Binh Thanh office – there will be day trips to branches in Vung Tau, Dong Nai (Company arranges transportation)
Manage a team of transport coordinators. (Managing a team of 3 to 6 employees)

Plan and implement work for the vehicle team.

Compile reports on the department’s coordination at the end of the day.

Plan vehicle preparation, purchase vehicles according to the company’s development.

Organize regular maintenance and repair of vehicles.

Responsible for handling asset losses.

Resolve issues related to goods, losses during transportation.

Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual operation plans for the department.

Resolve issues within your authority.

Report on departmental activities and operating costs to superiors.

  1. BASIC REQUIREMENTS

– Experience in managing a transport team for 2 years or more, in the logistics transport field. Age between 30 and 38 years old.
Positive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a cheerful attitude.

Ability to analyze, manage time, execute, and problem-solve.

Able to handle high work pressure and have a sense of responsibility.

English – Listening – Speaking – Reading – Writing, Communication – Good to Excellent

Personal qualities:

Calm, reliable, good communication skills with employees and other work-related relationships.

Decisive, able to lead a team.

Authority:

Can propose recruitment, discipline, and rewards for department employees.

Authorized to receive and mobilize personnel within the department.

Approve reports and requests within the allowed scope.
