On May 10–11, 2025, KCTC Vietnam Co., Ltd. successfully organized a Company Retreat and Teambuilding Program in Mui Ne – Phan Thiet under the theme “The Journey of Connection,” with the enthusiastic participation of staff from our offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Nhon Trach (Dong Nai), and Cai Mep (Ba Ria – Vung Tau).
Connect – Unite – Move Forward Together
At the beach, the official Teambuilding program kicked off with exciting and engaging team-based physical games.
Through challenges that combined intelligence, physical strength, and team spirit, participants not only enjoyed fun and memorable moments but also gained a deeper appreciation for collaboration and collective effort.
Gala Dinner – Celebrating Achievements and Team Spirit
The evening Gala Dinner, themed “Upholding Success – Honoring Achievements,” was held in the elegant setting of Asteria Mui Ne Resort. This was a meaningful moment for all team members to reflect on recent accomplishments and enjoy a festive atmosphere together.

The 2025 Teambuilding Trip was more than a leisure getaway — it was a platform for unity, energy renewal, and cultural enrichment. Every game, photo, and laugh reflected the true spirit of “KCTC – United for Growth.”
