KCTC has equipped all the major logistics locations with the necessary facilities such as the CY, CFS, ICD, CD, storage area, logistics center etc. to provide top-quality collective services in all areas of logistics right from the logistics of import and export goods to the storage, warehousing, inventory control, transportation etc
CY (Container Yard) / ICD (Inland Container Depot) / CD (Container Depot)
With CY, ICD, CD extending over an area of about 330,580m² at major cities and ports, KCTC has the capacity to handle 50,000 TEU of containers on a monthly basis and is playing the central role of bridging cargo handling and transport.
With advanced equipments and employees who work with professionalism, KCTC provides collective services such as storage and handling of containers, handling of reefer containers, container repair works to satisfy every need of the consignees and shipliners to contribute to the reduction of logistics expenses.
CFS (Container Freight Station)
KCTC has equipped the major ports and inland business locations of Busan, Euiwang, Inchon, Yangsan etc. with state-of-the-art CFS facilities to conduct the collection of CFS cargo, storage and handling operations. Especially, the Busan U-Am CFS with an area of around 10,000 m², equipped with modern cargo handling facilities aims to provide our customers with the top-class services.
Busan New Port Distripark
KCTC in collaboration with the NYK LINE has been appointed as one of the operators of the Busan New Port distripark and logistics center is under construction which will commence its operations in the latter half of 2009. Advanced logistics center, equipments and system will be operational on the logistics plot of 33058m² area and by inducing high-value goods of multi-national companies, KCTC promises to provide one-stop collective logistics services such as the inventory control of the Northeast Asia logistics networks, distribution processes, transportation etc..
